Discovery
My brother and I visited Hillkoff's organic farm in Omkoi during our exploration of Northern Thailand's coffee regions.
This coffee stood out immediately during cupping - incredibly bright and clean with those distinctive green apple notes we hadn't encountered elsewhere.
The organic farming approach was evident in the cup's clarity. It became our choice when we want something fresh and energizing.
